We have Outlook 2007 and 2010 clients and run Exchange 2007 SP3. On this we have Room Mailboxes. i need general users to be able to view the free/busy times, but not the details of certain rooms. Outlook 2010 shows this, Outlook 2007 doesn't. The only way i can get outlook 2007 to display anything on the calendar is to change the Read permission on the calender to 'Full Details' (through the client), but this gives the whole details of the meetings booked, which the user doesn't want. Outlook 2010 works perfectly. is there a way to get 2007 to act the same?
