The error means cannot find.
Check on the properties of the Free/Busy folders that there is at least one server listed as a replica - the local server.

To troubleshoot the issue, please perform the following steps.

1. Connect to the Exchange 2007 server and open EMS.

2. Verify the existing Schedule+ Free Busy folders by running

get-publicfolder " \non_ipm_subtree\schedule+ free busy" -recurse

This should return at least one folder pointing to " /o=ORGName/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)"

It is important to verify that at least ONE existing folder exists under the " \non_ipm_subtree\schedule+ free busy" path.

A). Newly created users on the Exchange 2007 server will need a folder to publish their Free Busy data.

B). An correctly formed parent object (" \non_ipm_subtree\schedule+ free busy" ) is required in order to create the folder in the next step.

3. Create a new folder corresponding to the LegacyExchangeDN of the migrated users by running

new-publicfolder -name " EX:/o=ORGName/ou=First Administrative Group" -path " \non_ipm_subtree\schedule+ free busy"

4. Send a test user meeting requests to force Free Busy information to be published.

If the issue persists, please also refer to the link below:

Hope this helps
