Does anyone know if there is a theoretical limit to the number of personal folders permitted within Outlook 2010? Not the size of, but literally the number of. I posed this question to our Corporate Counter Parts as well and the consensus is that there may be. The reason I ask is simple; I ran in to a user who has 278 personal folders of various sizes that were created under Outlook 2003. After he was upgraded to Office 2010, I began restoring his Personal Folders. After restoring about half of the folders I began receiving “Out of memory errors”. Office has been reinstalled twice. The computer is an E6410 with 2GB of RAM and a 160GB Hard Drive.
