my exchange server is giving me lots of error below:
event id 12014, source: msexchange transport
Microsoft Exchange could not find a certificate that contains the domain name DE-VMEXCH02.DartEnergy.local in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Default DE-VMEXCH02 with a FQDN parameter of DE-VMEXCH02.DartEnergy.local. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.

At '16/12/2010 10:19:53 PM' the copy of database 'DE-MAILDB01' on this server experienced a performance problem. Failover returned the following error: "There is only one copy of this mailbox database (DE-MAILDB01). Automatic recovery is not available.". For more detail about the failure, consult the Event log on the server for other storage and "ExchangeStoreDb" events.
at the same time, some of my users are having problem with outlook anywhere. Their outlook keeps prompting for authentication even though they have type in correct password, if they cancel it, they wont be connected to server. I did hae a workaround by UNTICK "only connect to proxy server that have this principal name in their certificate" under the exchange proxy settings. Anybody know whats wrong?
