I"m using “Office Home and Business 2010” on a Windows 7 desktop computer, and when I export Calendar, Contacts, etc. for a backup, the file size has not increase in several months, even though I"ve added significant new data. It seems to be stuck at a point from three months ago – even though I just exported another new file to my backup folder today.
Today I imported the most recent data onto a new laptop (also Windows 7 and loaded w/ the same “Office Home and Business 2010&rdquo, and although it imports fine, it only shows the data from several months ago, even though I imported the file that I just exported to my backup folder today.
I"m following the normal Fileà Optionsà Advancedà Export to a Fileà Outlook Data File *.pstà Calendar + Subfoldersà And it makes NO difference if I select “Replace Duplicates” or “Allow Duplicates” or “Do Not Export Duplicates” … the file size is the same as it was three months ago, despite having added a good deal more data.
I"m able to use the Outlook program w/ no problem, it just doesn"t export any new data when I try to backup my Calendar, Contacts, etc.
Any suggestions to correct this are appreciated.
