We do not have an exchange server, but instead utilize Outlook to connect to POP3 mailboxes on a remote server.
We currently publish our calendars to the internet and share them, so we can all see each other's calendars. However, we want to be able to schedule a resource like a conference room. Is it possible to set up resources that have their own separate calendars and automatically approve meetings without having an exchange server? Obviously I would also have to share the resource calendar on the internet so it can be scheduled and viewed online.
I'm assuming that I may have to setup a separate mail account, but if I do that, can I set up that separate mail account to accept all calendar events?
