In Outlook 10, people who do not own a meeting can propose a new time by clicking "Propose New Time", and an email is sent to the meeting owner that shows the new time suggestion.
This works some of the time, but I have recently seen that often the email does not show the proposed time, only the original time.
So I am getting an email that lists all the original meeting details and says "Suzy Q has declined this meeting and proposed a new time"
Then I have to email Suzy and figure out what new time she proposed. This defeats the whole purpose of the proposal function.
What is going on here, and how do I fix it?
