I have been put in charge of creating a reservation tool for a small-business-sized graduate school. The administration wants faculty to be able to reserve certain rooms as well as various equipment (projectors, screens, etc.)
I've decided to use Outlook as it serves as our central location for appointments and meetings already. We use Windows Server 2008 R2 for Exchange, and we have a mix of Outlook 2007/2010, but I am using 2010. My question is, what would be the best and most efficient way of doing this?
I know how to create room and equipment mailboxes in exchange; I also know how to create public calendars in Outlook. I just don't know how to tie it all together in a clean and efficient way.
Thanks for any and all responses!
