Configure E-mail on 2 different Networks

hi,

Is there any possiblity to configure one Outlook E-mail created on a specific Forest (e.g. alfa.com) to a different Forest ( e.g. beta.com)

Between this 2 Forests there is a Federation Trust Relation
 
I'm not sure I understand what your plan is - yes, you can connect Outlook 2003 and up to a mailbox in a different forest. Its actually quite easy to do if you use RPC over HTTP - which is one reason why I'm not sure if you mean something else.
