I am using Outlook 2010 at my workplace and every morning when I open the application and go to reply to an e-mail, I notice that the color of my font is no longer black but a light blue. If I close Outlook, re-open it, go into the Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts > Personal Stationery > Replying of forwarding messages and check the font color it has mysteriously been reset to the light blue color. I have tried setting it to Automatic and the black selection out of the group of available Theme colors and it is good throughout the day. Shutting down the PC and booting it up the next morning will mean I have to do the same thing. I also noticed that the "Set as Default" button in the Font selection window is deactivated which I'm thinking may be an admin setting and why I have to make this change every day. We are on MS Exchange but I don't know what version.
