We began experiencing a crash with Outlook that only involved those that have Outlook 2010 installed. This began this past Saturday (2/26). We have looked at patches, uninstalled, repaired, and installed hotfixes. So far nothing works. Anyone in our organization using 2003 or 2007 is not experiencing the problem. We are using Exchange 2003.
When you open Outlook 2010, everything appears to be fine. Then when you open an email from an internal staff member Outlook will tell you it has experienced a problem and needs to close. However, if you open one from outside the company, Outlook is fine. We have been using 2010 for several months now without any problems.
Has anyone else experienced this or heard of this happening and if so, what was done to resolve the problem. We have deleted and recreated profiles and could go back to using 2007 or 2003, but would prefer to stay on 2010 for those of us that already have it installed.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
