Contacts in Outlook 2007

User has over 5000 contacts and when creating new email and she selects contacts button not all of the contacts are showing up. Any clues why this may be happening.

You aren't seeing all when she clicks on the To button? That only shows contacts with electronic addresses. I've seen instances where the contacts were imported and the addresses weren't resolved as email addresses, so the Address book didn't show them.


Are they in one contacts folder? If she has more than one contacts folder, they all need to be enabled as Address books (right click on the contacts folder, choose Properties, then Address book tab to check).
