OK - so this is a strange one and I have been unsuccessful at Googling a solution.
I have Outlook 2007 and my company uses MS Exchange server, but I don't know what version (but half my company is still using Outlook 2003 if that helps).
I have a few private appts. on my calendar. However, when I or anyone else goes in and tries to schedule a meeting, the private appts. don't show up - literally the time looks like there is absolutely nothing on my calendar. So people book meetings there, not knowing there is a conflict and then I am stuck proposing a new time and trying to give a vague explanation.
Is there anyway to fix this?
TIA,
Kali
