AutoArchive in 2010 not working

Hello,




In Outlook 2010:




When running a "Archive all folders according to their autoarchive settings", no messages get moved to the archive PST.




When using the manual archive method of setting a date for a specific folder and running it, messages ARE moved.




I've added the "modified date" and "Do not auto archive" flag to the view and I can see that the date is indeed older than the auto archive setting of 1 week. I can also see the flag is not set.




I'm flummoxed here. Anyone got a suggestion? Version 14.0.5128.5000 (32 bit)
 
There was a hotfix released last week - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475877 - i thought i read somewhere that it addresses some archive issues but i don't know if it applies to this exact problem though. (the kb article doesn't mention archive issues - i don't know if the other infomation i have is correct).
 
Thanks, Larry. Yeah... nothing in that one regarding Archive. I'll keep looking for a solution. Hopefully something will come along soon.
