When creating a new meeting request, is it possible to print the grid that shows up when you click the "Scheduling assistant"?
I want to do this because we have rotating receptionists who don't have access to outlook but need to know whether people are in or out of the office. So I was hoping to set up a "dummy" meeting request, invite all staff, and then go to the scheduling assistant and print off the grid to show all the details.
Thanks for any help!!
