Delete an email automatically from a name in the TO box

Outlook 2007: I know how to make a rule to delete an e-mail with a specific name in the FROM box.

Is it possible to do so with a name in the TO box?

Why? I kep getting an e-mail from various folks via facebook to an

unknown person using my e-mail address.

I thought there was a condition for the To field but if not or if it doesn't work, use the one for words in the header and enter the display name or email address.
 
Thanks for the response, but the suggestions do not work. The subject matter and the from fields change with each received e-mail. Only the TO field is consistent, and the TO addressee is always the person who is using my e-mail address primarily with facebook; that is why I wish to filter the TO address.
