I have a client with Outlook 2007 with an Exchange Server account and their blocked sender list disappears everytime they exit Outlook. You can add senders no trouble but as soon as you exit Outlook and come back in they've gone. Any ideas?
First, verify Outlook is closing completely. After closing it, go to task manager, processes tab and make sure outlook.exe is not listed in the list. It can take a few seconds for it to close, but it should not be listed there after a minute or two.
Are you using any pc tuneup or registry cleaning tools? If so, stop. I know they can cause issues with autocomplete cache and could also affect the safe and blocked lists.
