Anyway to Display entire category list in Outlook 2007 automatically?

I searched for this, but couldn't find anything on here (or Google for that matter), but I'll apologize if I missed a prior post on this.

I was wondering if there is anyway to make OL 2007 display the entire category list when you click the categorize button instead of the random selection of categories it typically displays (and I am still quite lost as to what the criteria it uses to determine which categories it should display as they seem to more-or-less appear and disappear at random).

Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated.
 
No, not natively. The list it shows is the last 15 used in the selected folder, with it filled out alphabetically.


Some of the Category utilities listed at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.asp can do this.
