Outlook 2007 - Set account to send only with .prf file

Hi!

When I use OE, I used to generate OE accounts by .reg file. It has a setting called POP3 Skip Account, to se the account to send only.

Today I migrate to Outlook 2007, and generate .prf files to auto-config clients with theirs email accounts. I dont use Exchange, only POP accounts. However, I don't know how can I set the account property to send only, using .prf file. Is it possible??
