Links prevent sending email

I have two mailboxes on my Outlook 2007 account and both were working fine until recently. One is still fine but the other will not send messages that contain links. When I remove a website link from a message the message goes through fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the mailbox address to no avail. What am I missing?

Any error messages?




Do you use antivirus to scan outgoing email? Try opening Outlook in Safe mode. Can you send the links? (Close Outlook. Hold Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon to start in Safe mode.)
 
Thanks Diane I'll try that. No error messages and the emails show up in my sent folder but that's as far as they go. The addressee never receives them. It's quite confusing as I have no problem with one email address but the other I do.
