I am new to the forum. I have been using Outlook since ver 2003 and have now loaded 2010 and like it. However I have run into a problem and I don't know how it happened. I have contacts from Sweden and from other countries but mainly in the US and that is where I am at as well.

Here is the problem. The default country when I go to enter any phone number is Sweden. The default country for the address is the United States. I would like to change the default country in the phone entry back to the US. I have tried to look all over but am unable to find where I can do that. Does anyone have the solution to this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to Control panel, phone and modem options and check "My location". What do you have set for the country/ region?
