CALENDAR conditional formating not consistent???

I have a real simple desire... When an appointment has a subject that contains "Appointment Information" I want it to format the Block RED.

EASY....so I thought...

It seems to work from today back about a week, and out about a week then the appointments show up as whtev they used to be...

I can get anything to work for TODAY, but I want to look at the MONTH view and be able to quickly spot all of those appointments...

I went to view, view settings, Conditional Formatting, Add (gave it a name, chose a color) clicked Condition, entered "Appointment Information" and "In Subject Field only" , OK, OK...

It formats TODAY and this week ok... but last week still has the old colors...

How do I get EVERY appointment that has "Appoinement Information" in the Subject to show up consistently....

I tried just Appoinement, Appointment (coma)Information... restarting after changes, and lots more...

HELP... I am missing something I am sure...but I have no idea what it is...
 
Are you using categories? When yoiu use categories, the category color overrides the conditional format color. The only way around it is to not use categories (as there is no 'no color' option).
