I had set up several recurring appointments in my outlook calendar for the individual schedules of my daycare children. When the schedule changed, I went in to to event and ended the recurrence on the last day of that schedule so that I could create a new one. It told me that any exceptions with this appointment would be lost. I did not understand what that meant, so I accepted it. I immediately lost all of the records of the child's attendance backward to the date I started that recurrence because I had altered it each day as the parent changed the schedule by dragging the ends of the event in the calendar up and down to match the actual time the child arrived or left. There was no other option for changing the schedule, so I am at a complete loss. I saw that there was an "undo" option on the page before I pressed the button, but I was not able to use it after making this huge mistake. I have now lost 1/3 of my daycare record of attendance for this calendar year. Is there any way to recover it?
