Arrows blue and purple not always visible

Hi there,

normaly when a answer is given a arrow appears for the message but this doesn't always happen.

I work in Exhange 2010 with client Outlook 2007. In Exchange 2007 we had the same problem. It is only not al the time.
I had 2 messages answered, one has the arrow the other one not and is was about the same time send.
I tried the option /cleanviews but this was not the sollution.
Any other suggestions?
