Receiving emails with encrypted attachments is a regular occurrence for my associate. However, he used to have problems with forwarding emails with encrypted attachments (but not all emails with encrypted attachments). This being through Outlook Web Access controlled by a foreign company with whom we deal.
Recently, a computer company created our new PCs (Intel i3 with Windows 7 Professional) and when he connected to the OWA for the first few days, he was able to forward the very emails he had not been able to before . Then 3 days later the situation reverted to the forwarding being unavailable with a message referring to the lack of a digital id and that the email or attachment may not display properly.
Can anyone think of a reason why this would be?
Can anyone help at all
Thank You in Advance
