Hello everyone,
A client of mine is having a few problems with Outlook 2010 just installed on a new thinkpad x220. Only happens in Outlook, but the search for clip art shows no results found. I can load any other MS office program and it works fine.
Also, when I go to create a new message and start typing in another client who is listed in our Active directory, no names will pop up unless they are already in the address book. In 2007, and 2010 on other windows 7 installs, names are pulled out of our database no problem. A few of them I could start typing their user name and they came up, but the majority outside the address book do not.
Tips and ideas??
I have tried running a repair on office professional, as well as rebuilding the search index.
Thanks,
Kevin
