Outlook 2010 is not deleting mail from my server once downloaded

I just up graded to Outlook 2010 from 2003. In 2003 once I got my mail (POP3) it deleted them from the server and saved them on my harddrive. My email server only allows a small amount of storage. How do I change 2010 to not save to both my harddrive and the email server.<BR><BR>Thanks <BR>Steve
 
File, Account settings, double click on the account - then More Settings. Look on the Advanced tab. Outlook 2010 defaults to keeping mail for 14 days.

It's a workaround for what? The user doesn't need a workaround, they need to change the leave on server setting. Please don't spam the forum to improve your SEO.
