I would like to make a rule that moves emails I receive with "CH##" in the subject. (where ## are numbers). I am finding that the normal wildcards don't seem to work with Rules. Can someone help me?
 
Outlook's support for wildcards is limited - and its non-existant in Rules. You would need a rule that looks for CH1, CH2, CH3 etc - the condition uses OR.




To clarify - you just need Ch1 through CH9 - outlook will match those to words that begin with ch1, ch2 etc - they will match CH13, CH157, CH96 etc.
