Trouble for sharing Calendar

Hi everybody




Actually i have EX2010 SP1




I have created a “resource” email box for meeting room.




If people add the calendar of the resource it's working but they only see if the resource is "busy" or not, no more information.




For users could know whom register for the resource i have find a solution by sending a sharing email from the resources to users, like this people have access to more information.




1/ Does it's the good solution?


2/ if yes i have some trouble, i can't send the sharing calendar invitation to 1/3 of my users, i get this error message :




"calendar sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network"Does someone have the solution?




I have compared some account settings in AD, but find nothing different.

How did you add them to the calendar and what permissions do they have?


How are they viewing the calendar?






the sharing error relates to the email address - how are you addressing the message? It should work if you select the names after clicking the To button and picking them from the GAL. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983062 for an explanation.

Hi




For KB i have already try, but it's not this.




I go on emailbox of the resource and send a standard sharing request.




I have find on EX 2010 the difference between these accounts and others.


These have an icon with two people, then when i make right click on account then click on "send as" their account is set up.


All account having this setting can't received sharing request.




I have try do delete this setup but i always get an error

This is in the ADUC/EMC, correct, not within Outlook?
