Outlook volume exceeded

Hello,

I would be greatfull if you could help me with this problem :

By mistake I sent with outlook 19 GB as attachment to an @mailadress.

Of course I got the message " outlook volume exceeded".

In outlook is actually 22 GB whereas the maximum is about 2O GB I think.

Microsoft adviced me to delete messages by shift + del which I did.

Outlook does not react. Shift + del comes always back.

Is there any software programm to increase volume outlook temporaly or an other solution ?

I don't see the wrong message of 19 GB I sent. Nor in sent items neither in out items.Probably Outlook blocked.

I got albays the same " outlook volume exceeded make shift + del " which I did several times but the same comes always back.
