Shared Public calendar folder changing appointments

Our office has a public folder call Front Desk Calendar and someone will put an all day event on or for a week as all day and then over the next few days, the event has changed to a 1 day event for specifically 1 hour for 1am to 2am. Has this happened to anyone?
