Does anyone out there use BCM just for contact management? We are looking at BCM to enable our smallish agency to store a central repository of stakeholder contact details, and categorise or tag them so as to select groups of them for mail merges (primarily email). We don't need the sales and marketing features but do need to control updates to this data and sync it to Blackberries, phones etc. Is there a simpler or better alternative than BCM? Appreciate any advice in this area.
