Recently installed MS Office 2010 Business edition to replace/update Office XP Pro 2000. Now I am getting the following error messages. I wish to keep all of my emails in the folders (don't want to delete any of these emails) here are the error messages:---
Error while archiving folder "Inbox" in store "Personal Folders". The Outlook data file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Outlook Archive Nov 08\archive.pst has reached the maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, permanently delete some items that you no longer need. You could also consider using the new Outlook data file (.pst) introduced with Outlook 2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders.

Error while archiving folder "Calendar" in store "Personal Folders". You could also consider using the new Outlook data file (.pst) introduced with Outlook 2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders.
The error suggest using the newer (.pst) file, I presume I am using the newer (.pst) that came with 2010 purchase. Not sure what my issue is or how to solve. I installed the newer edition without removing the older version, is this my issue and why I still get reference to the older (.pst)? Should I uninstall all portions of Office 2010 ( and office XP) (except data) and reinstall office 2010.
