Outlook not connecting to my email/server

A coupe of weeks ago, my outlook stopped syncing with my yahoo account. When I try to repair, it says it can't connect to server? I am not particularly capable on these things, but I thought I was on the server once I connected to the internet. I am using MSO 2007.
