Received Plain Text Message - Body Grayed Out

Hello Everyone,

I've encountered a strange problem where 1 user cannot read a message sent to him in plain text. He receives the message just fine but when he views it in the preview pane, all text in the body is a very light gray and is pretty much unreadable. I've had him just open the message but it still displays the same.

Google only turned up results regarding certain options being grayed out but nothing regarding this.

Any ideas?

Check the plain text settings in Tools, Options, Mail formats, Stationery and Fonts.
