Hi,

I am trying to set up a rule that can be duplicated on other's machines... basically for every email that the user sends to a external email address, say "*.xx.com", I want a copy of that email sent to the inbox of another mailbox, if that makes sense?

I've tried loads of different rules options and practiced using my hotmail account to see if it works, but it never does.

Anyone got any ideas?

It's likely the Exchange admin has forwarding to internet addresses disabled. It will work if you hit t Forward but rules to automatically forward won't work.




Try testing it with your mailbox address and see if it forwards it back to you - it should work. As long as the other mailbox is within your Exchange server, the rule should work.
