I am unable to open any attachments in outlook 2007. I am able to open the attachment from the same emails in yahoo or google mail. Any suggestions on how to repair?

What exactly happens when you try to open the attachments?
Can you save them to the hard drive and open them from there?

I get a response that says " this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computor. Please contact your system admin.
I tried to do a system restore from a previous date but it didn't help. When I tried to select your link from the email I also got this message.
Links and attachments open fine from yahoo mail but not from Outlook 2007.
