How to Use Recurring Email without buying an add-on for Outlook 2010

My company won't let me put add on software on my computer so I need help with recurring emails that I send out everyday. Although I cut and paste I still need recurring email to cut down the time I spend on cutting and pasting. Can someone please help me! Thanks
 
Do you need a recurring mail or a template? A quick and dirty method is to create a message, save in drafts and either copy the draft then open the copy or hit forward instead of opening the draft normally.




Or you can use file, save as template (oft) and open that when you need to send a message with the same content.
