Outlook is long overdue for city-state lookup based on zip code. When Outlook Contact addresses are entered, we should just enter the street address and zip code, with city-state suggested or filled in automatically. It doesn't have to be hard-coded, just based on an extract of existing Contact addresses.
Some zips have multiple neighborhood names, like 92679 in Californai is sometimes the tony neighborhoods of 'Coto de Caza' or 'Dove Canyon,' even though the post office calls it 'Trabuco Canyon.' Still, it would help to have Outlook
Can't tell you how many times I have had to type 'Rancho Santa Margarita CA' or San Juan Capistrano CA, when I already know them as 92688 or 92675.
