Download emails to HD

Hi, I was wondering if the following is possible. I want to download all my emails to HD with outlook 2007. I want to be able to delete all the mails from the online servers but they should still show up when I open Outlook on my computer, keeping all my folders. Thanks for your help guys. KE
 
That is how it works with POP3 accounts as long as you aren't leaving mail on the server. (Tools, Account Settings, double click on the account, then More Settings, Advanced tab.)
