Outlook 2010 calendar issue - accepting meetings

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me out. I have an issue with outlook 2010, windows 7 platform. When accepting meetings set first, there is not an issue. However, when a meeting is moved, I will accept the meeting, the meeting request will move to the designated new timeslot, but the original meeting request will stay on the calendar (thereby now creating two of the same meeting). Is there a way I could fix this? Simple solution perhaps?

We are running exchange 2003 and yes, all updates have been installed. It is just in the regular calendar. We are not using a pst file.
