My computer crashed so had to reinstall everything. Need help with printing addresses. I have the address book linked in my word document. Before when I would click on the address book it would print the company name and address. now it only prints the address. Have tried to figure out where to go to change the settings of what I wanted printed but have had no luck so far. Please note, I am not using the mail merge feature; I just click on the address book, it brings me to a screen that lets me choose my address book, and choose a name from all my contacts. When I click on this name it will import it into my word document. but as I mentioned, I only get the address field and not the company field. Hope this makes sense! and hope you can help me find the settings to correct this. Thanks!
