Good morning to all, I am working in a small company where the company policy is that the secretary will type out the emails that need to be sent but before anything leaves the office, needs to be double checked by the boss. We are not using any form of exchange software, just individual pop 3 accounts. Is anyone familiar with a way to have these dropped somewhere in a folder where the boss can check them and then be sent. We have tried the process where the secretary will send them to the boss's email but then have him send it , but once he forwards the email then, FW appears and his personal signature also appears on the email. I hope I have explained what I am looking for well enough to have someone reply to this. Thank you for any help.
