blank emails generated in outbox when clicking on Inbox and other foders

Hi All,

May i know what causes blank emails with no subject and no sender in outbox (Outlook 2010, Windows 7 32bit)? We have checked in OWA and found no emails in outbox. How to troubleshoot for this issue and is driving me nuts.
