Many Expiration Dates in Custom Form

Hello,

I have created quite a detailed form, but I have about 150 different expiration dates that I need to keep track of. What I would really like to do, is have a reminder pop-up for each date 30 days prior to expiration, so that I can get the correct paperwork sent out, etc.

I am really using this as a database, but I wanted to be able to drag emails and documents into a note section, so even though I probably am not using it properly, it works -- except having reminders (it would be really hard to keep track of 150 expiring dates for 100 people).

I'm not a programmer (like you couldn't tell), but would really appreciate some help!

Do you have 150 dates in one form or 150 forms?

You'd need to either create tasks with reminders (could do it using VBA) or use VBA to 'watch' the fields and trigger a popup. I'm not sure which would be easier - maybe VBA that walks the folder and creates tasks for upcoming dates... that would eliminate some of the task clutter. Unfortunately, I don't have code samples that do any of that.
