Will Outlook 2010 work with Office 2013 H&S that was preinstalled

I have Office Home and Business 2010 installed on my home PC with 2 more liscenses available.

I just purchased an Acer Iconia W3 with Office Home and Student 2013 preinstalled on it. This version doesn't come with Outlook.

I need to get Outlook onto the Acer tablet so I can sync with Outlook on my PC for work.

I have 3 questions:

1) Will Outlook 2010 work with Office 2013 S&H edition?

2) How do I get my already paid for Outlook 2010 onto the Acer tablet?

3) What is the best sync software available. IE CodeTwo or Sync2?

Any help wil be greatly appreciated!
 
1. Yes & no. Outlook 2010 will work, but some integration features won't work between the other apps and Outlook.

2. I'm assuming you are asking because the new computer doesn't have a cd drive. Copy the cd to a usb stick (set explorer to show hidden files so you can be sure you copy all) or network the computers and share the cd drive.

3. They are both good. I've tested codetwo, i know others who use sync2 and they have nothing but praise for it.
