One of our BCM user's Accounts & Contacts appear as regular Outlook contacts when she opens them up. The ribbon, tabs, etc. at the top are identical to a regular Outlook contact form - not the BCM form that the rest of us see. How can I fix that? It USED to work, BTW. I also used to have the same issue on my old machine from time to time, but restarting Outlook always solved the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
