Viewing tasks for all users within a group in a single view?

I work in a small group. I would like to be able to have each person in the group share their tasks, and the manager of the group view the tasks of everyone in the group in a single view - preferably the "task timeline" style view. Is this possible?
 
You can share task folders when you use exchange server mailboxes - right click on the folder, choose Properties and assign permissions to the group (preferred) or to each person.

If the group is in the Active Directory, for a distribution list for example, then you can use that to assign permission - all members of the group will get the same permission. They will also need "Folder visible" permission on the mailbox. See sharing the folder - as long as it's a default folder, it can be opened using File, Open > Other users folder.

Diane,

When I use the term "group" just meant our organization structure @ work, not a group in an outlook/server/etc. sense.

I have already had another co-worker share their task list with me. They shared the folder by simply right-clicking -> "Share Tasks" and sending to me. I am able to see it without any problems, but what I cannot figure out how to do is see it AND my task list AND another co-worker's task list simultaneously.
