why is a user getting email respond for invite respond that she didn't set up.

I have a user on Outlook 2010, and she is getting all email respond from invite that she didn't even created. Not sure how to fix this, any help would be appreciate. Thanks in advance.

is the user a delegate of the person who did create the invitation? Normally, the delegate gets all of the meeting responses. It can be changed in File, Account Settings, Delegates

No, the meeting invite is created by HR, and the user is not a delegate of HR. That's why I confused.

I'm confused too - she should only get the messages if she is a delegate. Is this the only user who is affected?
