Outlook 2010 Quick Print Attachment, nothing happend

Hallo, I have a problem with the Outlook that when I want to print a HTML file from the attachment direct nothing happened. It is since we had group policy crash. We have now IE8 -> IE 10 and some other updates from Microsoft. I tried to uninstall the updates and even try to look at the whole process with Procmon. The only thing that I could see that in a PC that works Outlook does first take "msohtmed.exe" and than rundll32.exe. When I reinstall the PC it works.
